BEANFEAST
For those in and around London - Anna has been curating a food festival! A one day extravaganza of talks, workshops, music, poets called Beanfeast! And for £14 you can access all the talks, or they are £5 a pop. Plus there are a bunch of free events, and a market. Voices At The Table is making a comeback too, and it won't surprise you that many of the people featured are friends of Sourced and/or people we greatly admire!

History of Beanfeast
It was 6 July 1773 when King George III arrived by barge in Woolwich. After enjoying an open-air feast of beans and bacon, he proclaimed an annual holiday that became known as Beanfeast. Nowadays, Beanfeast is a chiefly British word, informally referring to a festive occasion that includes an outing and a meal, usually in summer.
